After quite a lot of research, it came down to this or the dashboard by the same company. I decided on this and I am very pleased. The OS recognized this drive immediately with no need for the included drivers but the included drivers are very cool because they label the individual card reader slots eliminating the need to guess which drive letter corresponds with which slot. All in all a good choice so far. We'll see how it's working in 6 months or so.

The drive installed easily and booted right up. Read and write speeds for the card reader are faster than external readers.
The only down side is that you will need an adapter for a really popular card used in a certain brand name gaming system and camera, they won't let me use brand names, that I don't remember reading about in the details.

What rating does,Does Not Work with Win7, merit?
I bought this because I wanted the 3.5 in. floppy & card reader in 1 bay. This review only pertains to the floppy drive. I wasn't able 2 format or read(& I assume write) any of the disks, although a dir listing of the disk contents would display. After reading other reviews on this site, it appears I'm not alone.
Another confusing thing about this unit is that it suggests connecting into a USB connector on the MB. Thats fine, but it uses a 5 pin single line connector and the motherboard uses 10pin USB connections. So I had to educate myself on which half of the 10 pin USB connector 2 use. I wasn't even aware there were 2 halves, the 1.0 side or the 2.0 side. I chose the 2.0 side(because of the name on the box). Either way, this has been more trouble than I had planned 2 spend on a 3.5 in. floppy drive.
I would suggest that you verify that this product works with Win7 b4 purchasing.

It installed easily and the floppy worked as it should; however, I have been unable to make the card readers work on my Dell mobo because I cannot find a port on the mobo with the USB pins (problem is the mobo, not the drive). Before you buy this for the card readers, be certain that you have USB pins on the mobo on your system or you won't get the benefit of the card readers. Installed it, and it it looks awesome but it didn't come with directions and I haven't been able to figure out how to install it. Not sure where the light gray cord in the back is supposed to go.

Takes up a lot of letters, but is worth the money. Works well, I use it for the sd slot. No problems hooking it up either.

Summary:
It's a floppy drive, what can be said about that? The memory card reader was well thought out. The connection goes to the board, not out the back and plug into an available usb port.

Summary:
I really like this idea of getting an all in one unit like this. Floppy drive & card reader in one, very cool. I mean if your going to use up a slot in your tower for a floppy drive, you may as well really get more than just the drive in the same slot. Now a day's you may not see a floppy drive installed in a PC on store shelves. Just another reason why I build my own. Some people think floppy drives are a thing of the past WRONG!
They are still needed for very important things like doing Bios ugrades & installing Raid Drivers during an OS install. Only one time was I able to use a USB thumb drive to flash or upgrade to a newer Bios revision,& thats cuz my Bios allowed me to use a USB drive to do it instead of a floppy. So in my opinion, the days of NOT needing a floppy drive are far from over,& should never be considered old school. This unit is great!
