Ultra 40X is ''40x or times'' Compared to What? beware because Sandisks ''Ultra II (TM)'' has a spec of 15MB/s. It was designed for devices (Cameras that require a fast download of images to prevent a symptom of slow memory called ''Shutter Lag'' This unknown MFG of ULTRA memory gives it a specs as ''Write speed is 40X'' and should be expressed in Mega Bytes per second (MBps) also Mbps = Megabits per second which is considerably slower hence the lower case ''b''. an 8th to be excact as eight bits equal one Byte(Upper case ''B'') Remember the Advert for Bologna: ''80% less Fat. Less than what. a piece of shoe leather. happy, but cautious shopping.

I can't say anything bad about this product. I've had it for about 10 months.Used it for my camera, no problems yet. |
