To ensure your complete satisfaction, all Ultra Products Power Supplies and Cases now carry a three year warranty that they will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. That warranty is upgradable to a LIFETIME warranty by simply registering online. Additionally, all our other products carry a one-year warranty which is also upgradable to a three year warranty. At Ultra, customer service is our most important mission. That’s why every Ultra product must meet the highest industry standards for quality and reliability. And our warranty program is second to none.
*Note: Registration required. Product must be registered within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Ultra Products that are received in non-working order within 30 calendar days of invoice date shall be deemed Defective on Arrival (DOA) and should be returned to the place of purchase.
After 30 days, Ultra Products will provide advance replacement on any component other than memory that are found to be defective if they are within their respective warranty period. An invoice/receipt will be required as a proof of purchase as well as a major credit card for advance replacement. Customers will be invoiced in full for a replacement product. When the defective parts are returned within 30 working days of this invoice, a full credit will be applied back to this credit card.
All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain this number, please contact our technical support department. After an RMA number is obtained, please write this number on three sides of the shipping box and ship the product. Please retain return tracking information for your reference.
